This plugin is a collection of triggers, conditions and actions for HS3 that let you create advanced events without any scripting.

I coupled more than 40 z-wave 110v switches with 8 zooz battery-powered four-button wall switches, this plug-in let me have each of the buttons function as a TOGGLE off & on with one touch (the zooz actually support FIVE separate commands per button (once, twice, three times, four times, etc., as well as "PRESS" and others). TOGGLE feature alone is well worth this plug-in's cost. Also, toggle supports say, FIVE sequential one-touches so you can tap once for on, twice for lights to 20%, tap again for 50%, then 70%, etc., with the 5th tap for OFF. IT works perfectly in this feature with HS4 and I look forward to learning how to leverage the other features the plug-in offers that I don't yet begin to understand. Sooooo thankful that Randy mentioned this plug-in to me - I've had HS for about 6 years but could not get my system stable enough to migrate until EasyTrigger.
I recently installed Spud Easy Trigger on my Homeseer HS4Pro system. I quickly read some instructions and I was on my way adding On/Off schedules for my Humidifiers and multiple fans. It saved me so much time and was very easy to use. Kudos to this fantastic plugin.
This is just what I needed to allow my event to work how I wanted.
The beauty of HS4 is it's a solid base which you can extend with feature rich plugins. EasyTrigger is an excellent example. It adds simple to use timing functionality.
This is a must have, Not just because of the Schedules, but the Grouping.
Tie them in with events and it simplifies a lot of the device admin & monitoring :-)
