Refund policy
Heads up: our returns process has changed. You'll need an account on our customer service portal. If you haven't used it before, create one to get started.
Within 30 days of shipping
Not happy with your order? Return it for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Start your return through the portal.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Software, or hardware we regularly stock
- In new condition
- Complete with original packaging, parts, and documentation
After 30 days
If a product turns out to be defective after 30 days but is still under warranty, contact the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer's warranty terms apply.
Return shipping
For defective products returned through the portal, we provide a return label at no charge (domestic orders only).
If you return a product for a refund and we find it isn't defective, we'll deduct the cost of that label from your refund.
Fees you might run into
We charge a restocking fee — from 15% up to the full purchase price, depending on condition — when a return doesn't meet the conditions above. Common reasons:
- Retail packaging used as the shipping box. Ship your return inside a brown box or mailer, not in the product's own retail packaging.
- Damage from poor packing. Use a sturdy box and check with your courier that it's safe for transit. Badly damaged returns may be rejected outright.
Refunds
- Credit card orders are refunded to the original purchaser's card.
- Please allow about two weeks for processing.
All returned items are tested and evaluated for resale as refurbished or open-box stock.
Replacements
Replacements ship to the address on file for your original order. If you need it sent somewhere else, give us the new address before the replacement goes out.
International returns
We ship international returns as returned goods. Any customs charges, taxes, or other fees are your responsibility.
Undelivered orders
If an order comes back to us undelivered for any reason, you can either pay the additional shipping to have it sent again, or request a refund minus the original shipping charges.
