Dr. McKay HS-WD200+ Idle Light Colors Software Plugin for HS3

When an HS-WD200+ dimmer is off, Idle Light Colors plugin changes its normal mode color to some pre-configured color, and sets it to a different pre-configured color when the load is on. This provides for a nice look, and allows for the user to more easily distinguish if a dimmer is off, or merely at a low value.
