This software plugin is designed to allow HomeSeer HS3 to monitor and control Jeedom equipment. Jeedom is an open source home automation solution running on Linux (Raspberry PI, Odroid C2, ...). It includes a good collection of plugins that can be used to complement HS3 and bring new capabilities (Enocean protocol, Xiaomi products, Philips Hue, and much more ...)

Jeedom automation platform has many thing that other automation system do not have .
If you forget the price .. and scriptings skill required on other platform.. they all have the same type of plugins. Everybody copy everybody.
But on jeedom you have : blea ( a very powerfull plugin to monitor bluetooth devices for presence detection (works with Tile).This works with the concept of entenna ( wich is a raspi ( OR MORE THAN ONE) that you can you can use a ''entenna to get any type of metric values). T.he plugin blea does use entenna to know if your blutooth device is near the hosue or not... + this is totally local.
Other plugins does use this concept. This is not ressources heavy and i just works.
On jeedom you have plugins that are not available on other platform.. the fact that it is not based on usa does help.
And on jeedom you have a more complex ''event engine'' ( screnario) wich allows you to do loops, if then else... and really much more.. and all that in a webui. So if you want you can create VD into jeedom that represent homeseer devices... and use that very nice Jeedom event engine from Jeedom ( need some tinkering)
The HS Jeedom plugin author is very helpful and did a really great job with this plugin.
The only thing is that all the documentation is in french... but it is commig in english ( you can easily use google translate.. )
On a last note.. a bunch of plugins can send or retrieve info from other plugin. ex. Geolocalisation)

Great plugin which allow me to continue to use my homeseer system to handle my zwave devices while getting the most of Jeedom scenario.
I really like this plugin. It add so much possibilities to HS3.
This the plugin which will put your HomeSeer on steroids!
It's one of the cheapest plugins in the updater.
