One if the important use cases for Homeseer was to work with my AprilAire systems. I couldnt get it to work despite all doing all the correct network things.
I asked for support on the forum and Spud replied quickly… great! Then I got more data and replied to him and weeks later nothing. I have posted requests for help with no answer. I wouldn’t recommend this plug in and I am coming up on my 30 days and may return homeseer.
As advertised - easy to install and just works. Spud available for help/backup as needed. Recommended.
Plug in is easy to use and get going. Nice to have the integration between my apriliare 8840 thermostat and homeseer so that I can have a one stop shop for monitoring my systems. The ability to use the advanced event options of homeseer with aprilaire is wonderful.
