This plugin allows your HS4 to communicate with a Synology NAS or router. You can get information like temperatures, disk/volume usage, CPU load, memory usage, network usage. For cameras, containers, and backups, you can get/set the status. And for virtual machines, you can get/set the status and get info on CPU, disk, and network usage. For events, you can use Chat Trigger and Chat Send Message. And there is a WoL (Wake on LAN) action.

The Synology plugin has been a great addition to my HomeSeer setup. It’s robust, does an excellent job at exposing the different components, and continues to mature quickly with each update. What really stands out is the developer’s responsiveness — questions and feedback are always handled promptly, and he’s been fantastic to work with.
