Interfaces to my Ring Alar, Cameras, smoke/CO detector, doorbell, contact, motions without a problem. Am worried if Ring changes their API and break thing like that famous garage door opener company did.
I purchased this plug in and there has been no email response with my license number let alone a receipt.
Using Ring Outdoor Smartlight Steplight and Spotligh with the Ring hub, and the plugin detected them automatically and added them to HS which allow to control and monitor motion, batteries level, light options and much more... I REALLY RECOMMEND IT!
note: great and fast support from the developper itself, an option was missing and after reporting it in the HS/Ring forum he produced a new version very very quickly - amazing!
I've used this since the initial beta days. I really enjoy it, makes significant functionality available to HomeSeer. I have it make notifications, turn on lights, flash lights, etc. I do a lot of work in the Garage, often creating a very noisy environment where relying only on Alexa, or the Ring chime likely would not get my attention.
The Ring Alarm interface plugin gives one much better visibility into what is going on in the Ring network. It's nice to be able to trigger complex events based on Ring sensor activity. Highly recommended.
