This .Net 4.0 plugin interfaces HS3 with the Ademco Vista line of alarm systems (10se, 15, 15p, 20, 20se, 20p, 40p, 50p, 128bp, 256) via the AD2USB interface (sold separately). The plugin allows you to control the alarm using the standard panel button functions (arm, disarm, etc) and to monitor the alarm zones via standard Homeseer devices. Triggers, conditions, event actions, and a scripting interface are also available. HS3 or HS3PRO is required to use this plugin.

I like it, it seems stable as a plug-in. Needs to be refined for HS4
I came from Vera and already had the USB2AD so this was a simple choice to control my panel. I was using it on HS3 with no issues, and then on HS4 with no issues. I upgrade my server that hosted HS4 and it stopped working. I reached out to the developer and it took him awhile to assist me. I was hoping for the cost of the plug in the support would have been better, but in the end it is working now.
It was working great until a recent upgrade. I looked for support on this on the forums and the creator doesn't seem to be around anymore? It's been a week with no word. For the cost of the plug in I would hope for better support.
