I'm using the plugin to control a ETH008 robotics relay board through a Vera Lite running UI5 (the Vera plugin for the board wont run under UI7). Everything works fine. I don't have any Zwave devices connected to the Vera so I can't speak to how well that might work.
I have an eth008 Ethernet relay board that I use to control water valves. For years I have used a legacy Vera Lite controller to operate these valves because the plugin would not work with Vera Edge (my primary controller at the time). With this plugin I was able to eliminate all programming in the Vera Lite and use it just as an interface to the relay board.
My intent was to write scripts to control the relays, but this works so well that I have put that on the back burner. Kudos!
I tried many things many times, but it never wanted to communicate... the few times I finally got it to, it would crash and stop working... also caused other issues as well
This plug-in works well with a Vera controller. I had some issues with the plugin that related to the Vera configuration. The writer was excellent at troubleshooting my issues (and there were several) and providing support throughout the process. I used it as a transition to the HS3. If you are planning to migrate to HS3 from Vera, do use this as an interim step.
Seems to be working great so far
