I have used this plug-in for over 2 years now to manage to GEM devices and over 50 individual circuits. The Brultech energy monitors really are the best way to go if you want granular circuit level data. The plug-in is very reliable and stable. If you monitor specific circuits it is very easy to set up events based on the load experienced by those circuits. For example, I use it to alert me when the washer and dryer are finished. I also use it to monitor power usage on specific circuits. I have one event that fires when the wattage on my low voltage outdoor lights goes below a certain level because I know that means one or more of the bulbs are out. The day I installed it, I discovered that a gutter heat tape was running in the middle of summer, so that saved me the cost of the plug-in right there. You do have to restart the software every once in awhile, especially if the network connection to one of your devices does down, but usually any issue is with the GEM hardware not the UltraECM3 software. Overall another great piece of software from UltraJones.
